Start with the right entry

Owners use My Garage for their vehicles and service information. Garages use merchant sign-in for their own workspace. A person can have both roles, but their logins and permissions are not interchangeable.

• Owners: check the signed-in identity before viewing vehicles and service progress.
• Garages: check business identity and team permissions before opening customers, inventory or accounting.
• For support, provide the page name and steps, not passwords or private payment information.

Read before acting

Academy guides are public; tools still enforce authentication and permissions. Browser and App sessions may differ. A sign-in page does not mean your information has disappeared.
